Return Policy:

All products purchased online directly from Esthetic Glow are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. 

Esthetic Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered. 

Esthetic Glow is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.

Esthetic Glow is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery.
